NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 25th August, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 966, in Volume D1, Folio 396/3913, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Dennis Njoroge Ng’ang’a, of P.O. Box 677, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Dennis Wanyaga Ng’ang’a, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Dennis Wanyaga Ng’ang’a, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Dennis Njoroge Ng’ang’a, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Dennis Njoroge Ng’ang’a only.
