NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 8th March, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1254, in Volume D1, Folio 124/1357, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Florence Adhiambo Abiero, of Flat 9, 392B, Harrow Road, W9 2HU, London, United Kingdom, formerly known as Florence Adhiambo Mirindo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Florence Adhiambo Mirindo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Florence Adhiambo Abiero, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Florence Adhiambo Abiero only.
