NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 13th April, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation 1038, in Volume D1, Folio 120/1327, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Maureen Nyawira Kuria (guardian), of P.O. Box 86614, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Arya Sara Muthoni Ndegwa (minor), formerly known as Araya Sara Muthoni Elenga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Araya Sara Muthoni Elenga, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Arya Sara Muthoni Ndegwa, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Arya Sara Muthoni Ndegwa only.
