WHEREAS Alex Mulwa Mutiwa, of P.O. Box 80916–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietor in freehold of all that piece of land containing 18.00 hectares or thereabout, known as L.R. No. 12852/410, Lamu, situate in Mokowe in Lamu District, registered as C.R. 59008, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
