REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Andrew Gideon Mbogo Kamau, of P.O. Box 30046, Nairobi in the Republic of Nairobi, is registered as proprietor of a freehold interest in all that piece of land 0.100 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, and registered as title No. Dagoretti/Waithaka/2114, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
