WHEREAS Agnes Wanja Ngare (ID/0437001), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land situate in the district of Ruiru, registered under title Nos. Ruiru/Ruiru East Block 1/6785, 6786 and 6787, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
