REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Omari Almas Faraj, of P.O. Box 85081–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 17.81 acres or thereabout, known as Portion 74-Malindi, situate in Malindi Municipality in Malindi District, registered as L.T. 23, Folio 338, File No. 3356, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the folio in respect of the land title deed has been lost or destroyed, and whereas the registered owner have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the register of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the folio under the provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
