THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Kamau Manyara, of P.O. Box 376, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.3997 hectare or thereabouts, known as Bahati/Kabatini Block 1/16408, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
