THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Chemutai S. Mercy, of P.O. Box 34–20152, Olenguruone in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.65 hectare or thereabouts, known as Molo South/Langwenda Block 12/351 (Ndeffo), situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period,.
