WHEREAS Robert Shena Leparakuo (ID/1751051), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.405 hectare or thereabouts, each, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title Nos. Ngong/Ngong/17237 and 17238, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the 5th May, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE green cards issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new green cards and the missing green cards will be deemed to be of no effect, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
