THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Wachira Minjire (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 0.10, 0.10 and 0.10 hectare or thereabouts, known as Gichugu/Settlement Scheme/ 4428, 4429 and 4430, respectively, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the Court at Embu in Succession Cause No. E89 of 2021, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Esther Muthoni Wachira (ID/13132592) and (2) Hellen Muringi Wachira, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to the said (1) Esther Muthoni Wachira (ID/13132592) and (2) Hellen Muringi Wachira, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Joseph Wachira Minjire (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
