THE EMBU COUNTY TAX WAIVERS ADMINISTRATION ACT

IN EXERCISE of powers conferred by section 6 of the Embu County Tax Waivers Administration Act, 2015, notice is given that the County Executive Committee Member for Finance and Economic Planning, with the concurrence of the Governor, shall waive penalties and/interest on outstanding land rates for those who will pay such rates within the period of 5th May, 2023 and 22nd June, 2023 inclusive. This is after taking into consideration of inflation rates and to encourage the tax payers to meet their tax obligation. Dated the 19th April, 2023. KINYUA N.
