IN EXERCISE of powers conferred by section 43 (4) of the National Government Constituencies Development Fund Act, 2015, the National Government Constituencies Development Fund Board appoints, with the approval of the National Assembly, the members of National Government Constituency Development Fund Committee set out in the First Schedule, for a period of two (2) years, with effect from the 17th April, 2023. The appointment of the person whose name appears in the first column of the Second Schedule vide the gazette notice specified in the third column and appointed on the dates specified in the fourth column is revoked.
