NOTICE is given to the Stakeholders of Phoenix Publishers Limited that there will be a physical meeting on the 26th May, 2023, from 11.00 a.m., at Ndanga Hotel, Ruiru. All stakeholders are required to register in advance for the meeting using the Registration link on or before the 25th May, 2023. During the virtual creditors’ and shareholders’ meeting held on the 20th April, 2023, two resolutions were passed by the meeting— (a) that the company should continue with new board members and (b) that a stakeholders’ meeting should be convened within the month of May and should include shareholders, creditors, management and authors. Pursuant to the above stated resolution, interested stakeholders who wish to be considered in the new Board should fill in the questionnaire and upload their detailed curriculum vitae using this link Board Member Application Form on or before the 8th May, 2023.
