NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and following an authority and order under Miscellaneous Criminal Application No. E 147 of 2023 by Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kiambu to the owners of motor vehicles, motorcycles and scrap metal which are lying idle and unclaimed within Kiambu Police Station, to collect the said motor vehicles, motor cycles and scrap at the said yard within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication of this notice. Failure to which Astorion Auctioneers Nairobi shall proceed to dispose off the said motor vehicles, motorcycles and scrap by way of Public Auction on behalf of Kiambu Police Station if they remain uncollected/unclaimed: KMDP 887G, KMEH 440U, KMCP 923S, KMEQ 993D, KMFD 532F, KMEL 379Q, KMER 694F, KMFC 428E, KMEC 760D, KMDB 773V, KMDB 274Y, KMCE 407B, KMDQ 841Y, KMEM 482Z, LPPCJ2ADKE00700, BMW Black Numberless, KTWB 456V, KAR 881F Dated the 27th April, 2023.
