NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 15th February, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 82, in Volume B-13, Folio 2262/19224, File No. 1637, by our client, Michael Mwabaya Matembo, of P.O. Box 2090–80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mwabaya Nyoka Chipa, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mwabaya Nyoka Chipa, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Michael Mwabaya Matembo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Michael Mwabaya Matembo only.
