TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E7 of 2023 By (1) Gildine Gatwiri Karani and (2) Dennis Mutethia Karani, both of P.O. Box 12201–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate of written will annexed to the estate of Godfrey Karani Mbogori, who died at Meru Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 31st March, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
