TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2023 By Catherine Njeri Muchiri, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Peterson Mwangi Njuguna, who died at JKIA, on 22nd August, 2022. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2023 By (1) Pauline Wamaitha Njuguna and (2) Richard Kiguru Njuguna, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sophia Gathoni Njuguna, who died at Kiserian, on 27th August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
