Box 7775, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rose Mary Lillie Awino, who died on 6th March, 2022. CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2023 By Seraphine Odipo Ongere, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gilbert Ongere Abongo, who died at Wathorego, Kisumu, on 7th April, 2002. CAUSE NO. E702 OF 2023 By (1) Anjilina Nyawino Waore and (2) Helida Nyawino Waore, both of P.O. Box 2104–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Luke Nyawino Waore alias Lucas Nyawino Nyaore, who died at Bar “B”, on 6th September, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
