TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 780 OF 2022 By Lawrence Ojuok Opiyo, of P.O. Box 127, Oyugis in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alex Opiyo Orucho, who died at Kisumu East, on 14th June, 1976. CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2023 By David Onyango Ayieko, of P.O. Box 307–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aloys Ayieko Akode alias Alois Ayieko Akode, who died at Chiga Sub-location, on 14th May, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
