TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 90 of 2023 By (1) Margaret Nanjala Wachaya and (2) Christine Naswa Wekesa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Namwetako Walumbe, who died at Lumboka Hospital in Kenya, on 7th November, 2013. CAUSE NO. E92 OF 2023 By Patrick Sifuna Kwata, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rosa Nambuba Kwata, who died at Lunao, on 9th August, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
