TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 20th April, 2023 CAUSE NO. E114 OF 2022 By Margaret Kainda Mbiti, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Mbiti Ibutu, who died at Kiirua Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd November, 2018. CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2023 By Jackson Kalwilo Kalaria, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucia Mwomwathi Maroo, who died at St. Theresa Hospital, Kiirua in Kenya, on 10th January, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
