TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 402 OF 2019 By Cecilia Mbula Muli, of P.O. Box 2149–90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzuki Nganga, who died at Nzuki Nganga, on 31st August, 1996. CAUSE NO. 115 OF 2020 By Peter Ngui Muinde, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muinde Kivevo Ngui, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 19th October, 1991. CAUSE NO. E391 OF 2021 By (1) Jane Mueni Keli and (2) Lucas Musau Keli, both of P.O. Box 43, Miu in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bernard Keli Muthoka, who died at Coast General Hospital in Kenya, on 17th April, 2012. CAUSE NO. E149 OF 2022 By (1) Francis Munyao Nguli and (2) Idah Katheu Munyao, both of P.O. Box 1, Masii in Kenya, the deceased’s widower and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rose Muthoni Ndwiga, who died at Masinga, on 2nd December, 2020. CAUSE NO. E267 OF 2022 By (1) Mary Nduku Mutisya and (2) Vincent Nzioka Mutisya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mutisya Mavau, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 21st March, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
