TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2023 By (1) Shelmith Mbula, (2) Anthony Mwanza Kavuu and (3) Karren Ndanu Mwanza, all of P.O. Box 81–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, father and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bertha Mbeke Mwanza, who died at Emali, on 12th September, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
