TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 56 OF 2020 By (1) Nthunya Mulwa Mutisya and (2) Jane Mwikali Kimongo, both of P.O. Box 28, Mitaboni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutisya Mulelu Muisu alias Mutisya Mulelu, who died on 30th April, 1988. CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2023 By (1) Abdulaziz Abdulrazak and (2) Mohamed Abdul Razak, both of P.O. Box 26420–00501, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abdul Razack Ibrahim, who died on 21st June, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
