E105 OF 2022 By Duncan Mbori Nyabute, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Caleb Nyabute Ongongo alias Nyabute Ongongo alias Nyabute Odero, who died on 22nd February, 1989. CAUSE NO. E241 OF 2022 By Dickson Odenyo O. Oketch, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pitalis Okendo Oketch, who died on 21st February, 2001. CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2023 By Erick Otieno Adede, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hulda Adiema Adede, who died on 14th July, 2017. CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2023 By (1) Teresa Atieno Amolo and (2) Reagan Okola Amolo, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulo Nyagwala Oti alias Nyagwala Oti, who died on 1st January, 1995.
