TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E79 OF 2021 By Philip Mogire Masese, of P.O. Box 35, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hellen Nyakonyangi Masese, who died at Kiongongi Sub- location, on 27th September, 2013. CAUSE NO. 124 OF 2022 By (1) Yusuf Nyabicha Ngonche and (2) James Ngonche Ngonche, both of P.O. Box 35, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyaminga Ngonche, who died at Masige East Location, on 23rd November, 1996. CAUSE NO. 125 OF 2022 By (1) Elijah Ondieki Masaka and (2) Kayus Matoke Nyangacha, both of P.O. Box 35, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son and buyer, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Masaka Nyaisoti, who died at Kiongongi Sub-location, on 17th October, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
