TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E90 OF 2021 By Josephine Bosibori Mose, of P.O. Box 352–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Gichana Matara, who died at Nyakegogi Sub-location, on 4th November, 2016. CAUSE NO. 29 OF 2023 By Jeliah Mayomi Mathew, of P.O. Box 10–40206, Nyamarambe in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathew Omari Ondwari, who died at Botaranda, Magenche Location, on 28th July, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
