TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2023 By (1) Valery Chao Maghanga and (2) Dalton Mwaviswa Mwarizangu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maganga Mwatoroka alias Nelson Maganga Mwatoroka, who died at Moi Hospital in Kenya, on 7th May, 1993. CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2023 By (1) Hope Mbori Mwandembe and (2) Anderea Msowambari Mkala, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Apollo Mkala Mwangima, who died at Moi District Hospital in Kenya, on 4th August, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
