Box 660, Webuye in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Wafula Wamalwa, who on 14th July, 2003. CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2023 By Zacharia Wanyama Simiyu, of P.O. Box 218, Misikhu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dickson Wanyama Otukai, who died on 6th November, 2020. CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2023 By Martin Barasa Matifari, of P.O. Box 70, Webuye in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Florence Nasumbu Mutali alias Flumena, who died on 28th February, 2012. CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2023 By Hezron Walusina Wanjala, of P.O. Box 70, Webuye in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Pepela Wanjala, who died on 30th September, 2018.
