IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Tax Appeals Tribunal Act, 2013, the Judicial Service Commission appoints— Kadzo Ngala Delilah, Cheluget Edwin Kiprono, Tanvir Ali Mohsin, Mutuma Robert Mugambi, Karingo Jephthah Njagi, Mukuha Grace Gathoni, Oluoch Rodney Odhiambo, Kibet Abraham Kiprotich, Mayaka Cynthia Boundi, to be members of the Tax Appeals Tribunal, for a term of three (3) years, with effect from the 20th June, 2022.
