TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 90 OF 2022 By Esther Chebet Langat, of P.O. Box 465, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maritim arap Sigira, who died at Nyambugo Sub-location, on 3rd July, 2010. CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2023 By Elizabeth Cherotich Chumo, of P.O. Box 352, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimisoi arap Chumo, who died at Cheboin Sub-location, on 6th April, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
