APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 45 (1) (a) and (b) of the County Governments Act, 2012 and following the approval by the Bungoma County Assembly on the 3rd May, 2023, I, Kenneth Makelo Lusaka, Governor of Bungoma County, appoint the persons named in the first column of the Schedule, to be Chief Officers responsible for the matters respectively specified in the second column of the Schedule, for a period of three (3) years, from the date of appointment.
