REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sammy Kiyo Macaria (ID/10887198), of P.O. Box 6334–00620, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in district of Ruiru, registered under under title No. Ruiru/Ruiru West Block 3/1320, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease of the said piece of land is missing, whereas all efforts made to locate the said certificate of lease have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to issue a certificate of lease and the said missing certificate of lease be deemed of no effect.
