TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 20th April, 2023 CAUSE NO. 1 of 2023 By Jessy Wamukota Nabango, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Wamukota Nabango, who died at Chwele Location, on 9th March, 1999. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2023 By Benson Biketi Makhelo, of P.O. Box 25–50200, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elisha Makhelo Biketi, who died at Chesikaki, on 4th April, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
