TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2023 By (1) James Lufuya Omukuba and (2) Abednego Amunga Omukuba, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amos Omukuba Lufuya alias Omukuba Lufuya, who died at Wambulishe, in 1983. CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2023 By Wycliffe Owiny Onyango, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Awour Ochieng, who died at Masaba in 1980. CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2023 By Roselida Mbala Amolo, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyambok Odongo alias Nyamboko Odongo, who died at Muhaka in 1978. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
