TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E99 OF 2023 By Elisha Okinyi Mathayo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathayo Okelo Ochola alias Nyasagi Ochola, who died on 28th March, 1997. CAUSE NO. 101 OF 2023 By Roslida Opiyo Ondwati, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Ondwat Onyando alias Charles Ondwat, who died on 6th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. 102 OF 2023 By Joseph Awendo Otiaro, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Otiaro alias Wilson Otiaro Agogo, who died on 16th February, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
