E38 of 2023 By (1) Elizabeth Atieno Omolo, (2) David Okeyo Omolo and (3) John Ochieng Omolo, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kapis Omollo Oguom alias Kapis Omolo, who died on 16th December, 1990. CAUSE NO. E39 of 2023 By (1) Consolata Ogalo Olango and (2) Edwin Odhiambo Otieno, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omboro Ochieng, who died on 20th July, 2001. CAUSE NO. E40 of 2023 By Tom Odero Oyier, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Odero Oyier alias Odero Oyier, who died on 14th December, 2015. CAUSE NO. E42 of 2023 By Joshua Okoth Ochola, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Ochola Angweyo alias Wilson Ochola Angweo, who died on 22nd April, 2022. CAUSE NO. E43 of 2023 By Molly Achieng Obote, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Obote Usi alias Samuel Obote, who died on 4th October, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
