Box 71, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Elexander Kiptoo Chepkwony and (2) Joel Kiprono Chepkwony, who died at (1) Teganda and Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on (1) 16th October, 2019 and (2) 18th June, 2017, respectively. CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2022 By Benson Kipngeno Ngotwa, of P.O. Box 179, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Taprandich w/o arap Chumo, who died at Kabusare Sub-location, on 6th August, 1992. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2023 By (1) Jane Chepkosgei Cheruiyot and (2) David Kibet Sitienei, both of P.O. Box 13, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tapletgoi Nebo arap Punyot, who died at Kapliyo, on 11th November, 2000. CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2023 By Kibet arap Tesot, of P.O. Box 41, Longisa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cheboet arap Kibet, who died at Kiplabotwa Sub-location, on 14th October, 1977. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
