E30 OF 2022 By Isack Boru Adi, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Safia Guyo Tasi, who died on 26th December, 2009. CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2023 By Shukri Shige Borde, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hussein Shige Borde, who died on 13th March, 2009. CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2023 By Daku Malla Boru, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Diba Jibicho Jattani, who died on 28th February, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
