REGISTRATION

WHEREAS William Kiptanui Chemweno (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Eldoret Municipality Block 5/175, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, and whereas the Court has issued grant of letter of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) John Kiplagat Chemweno, (2) Ambrose Kipkorir Chemweno, (3) Peter Kipngetich Sawe and (4) Wilson Kiplagat Kalya, all of P.O. Box 972–30100, Eldoret, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registraion of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed in the name of (1) John Kiplagat Chemweno, (2) Ambrose Kipkorir Chemweno, (3) Peter Kipngetich Sawe and (4) Wilson Kiplagat Kalya, and upon such registration, the certificate of lease issued earlier to the said William Kiptanui Chemweno (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
