GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 6452

WHEREAS Maria Ngonyo Gwandaru alias Maria Ngonyo alias Maria Ngonyo Guandaru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.100 hectare or thereabouts, known as Tinganga/Cianda Block 1/386, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kiambu in succession 241 of 2019 has issued grant of letter of administration to (1) Joseph Kiguru Gwandaru and (2) Stephen Njoroge Gwandaru, both of P.O. Box 405, Kiambu, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said Maria Ngonyo Gwandaru alias Maria Ngonyo alias Maria Ngonyo Guandaru (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the production of the said instrument of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and issue land title to the said (1) Joseph Kiguru Gwandaru and (2) Stephen Njoroge Gwandaru, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Maria Ngonyo Gwandaru alias Maria Ngonyo alias Maria Ngonyo Guandaru (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
