THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hannah Wairimu Njuguna, is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 0.125 hectare or thereabouts, each, known as Ruiru Mugutha Block 1/3817, 3818, 7292 and 7293, situate in the district of Ruiru, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession 2629 of 2014 has directed that the name of Hannah Wairimu Njuguna be cancelled and replaced with that of (1) Paul Edward C. Njuguna and (2) Rose Nyambura Njuguna, and whereas the land title deeds issued earlier to Hannah Wairimu Njuguna have been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with the 2214 2214 production of the said instruments of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and issue land title deeds to the said (1) Paul Edward C. Njuguna and (2) Rose Nyambura Njuguna, and upon such registration, the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Hannah Wairimu Njuguna shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
