THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kihara Kibochi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 8.16 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Gatundu, known as Ndarugu/Gacharage/164, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Gatundu in Succession Cause No. E117 of 2020, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Francis Mutundu Kihara (ID/2918130), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to Francis Mutundu Kihara, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kihara Kibochi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
