THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nyambura Waweru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 0.60 and 3.60 hectares or thereabout, each, known as Loc.11/Gikandu/218 and 219, respectively, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Murang’a in succession cause No. 60 of 2011, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Michael Njunge Waweru, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deeds and be surrendered to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with the registration of the said grant documents and issue land title deeds to the said Michael Njunge Waweru, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Nyambura Waweru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
