THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Maghas Ngeyo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 4.6 hectares or thereabout, known as N. Malakisi/S. Wamono/165, situate in the district of Bungoma, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Bungoma in succession cause No. 140 of 2017, has issued grant of letters of administration to Zipporah Nangunda Maghas, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Joseph Maghas Ngeyo (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said transmission instrument, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Maghas Ngeyo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
