THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Yusuf Ngiel Amba (deceased), of P.O. Box 205, Oyugis in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as W.Kasipul/Kotieno Kokech/815, situate in the district of Rachuonyo South, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrtate’s Court at Homa Bay in succession cause No. 613 of 2021, has issued grant in favour of Samwel Amba Ngiel, of P.O. Box 205, Oyugis in Kenya, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title in the name of Samwel Amba Ngiel, and upon such registration, the certificate of lease issued earlier to the said Yusuf Ngiel Amba (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
