REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ogweno Dede (deceased), of P.O. Box 17, Kendu Bay in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as W.Karachuonyo/Kanyipir/967, situate in the district of Rachuonyo North, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrtate’s Court at Homa Bay in succession cause No. 545 of 2021, has issued grant in favour of George Didi Ogweno and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title in the name of George Didi Ogweno, and upon such registration, the certificate of lease issued earlier to the said Ogweno Dede (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
