REGISTRATION

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of motor vehicles registration No. KBJ 589C, Toyota Corolla, NZE, Silver and KCK 232N, Toyota Hiace, Silver, which are lying at Excellent Group Garage Limited to take delivery of the said motor vehicles within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all accumulated storage charges and any other incidental costs incurred as at the dated delivery is taken. If the aforesaid vehicles are not collected at the expiry of this notice, the same will be sold by public auction without any further reference thereof. Dated the 17th May, 2023. SAMUEL G.
