NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th March, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 246, in Volume DI, Folio 142/1521, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Reuben Wanjihia Mburu, of P.O. Box 31700–00600, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Reuben Gachau Mwihaki, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Reuben Gachau Mwihaki, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Reuben Wanjihia Mburu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Reuben Wanjihia Mburu only.
